Production and Supply Manager
Davison Silungwe is a holder of an Msc degree in Agriculture from Massey University, New Zealand and a Bsc degree from University of Zambia, Zambia, he also possesses a Diploma in Crop Science from Natural Resources Development College, Zambia.
He has more than 22 year extensive experience in seed industry. He has worked in various seed companies in Zambia, where he held different roles in different departments such as research, production and sales. He has actively contributed to the improved food security at household, district, province and national levels.
He also worked for UNHCR Zambia, as an Environmental Officer, where he played a pivotal role in the improvement of the wellbeing of Persons of Concern (Refugees) in Kala and Mwange refugee camps, Zambia. Currently, he is the QBS Zambia, Production and Supply Manager responsible for the field production, plant processing; and importation and exportation foundation seed.
Field Production Officer
Aubrey Kalangwa is a Holder of a Bsc Degree in Agroforestry from the Copperbelt University, Zambia. He is also in the process of completing his MSc degree in Accounting from Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a certified seed Inspector by Seed control and certification Institute (SCCI), Zambia.
He has over 6 years’ experience in agricultural crops management, crop protection, Seed production, agriculture research and seed quality management.
He worked at Syngenta as Field production Officer and the roles where parent-line characterization, basic seeds production, Seed production research and seed field inspections for Soybeans, Wheat and Maize crops. He also worked at Zambia Sugar PLC where he was involved in Sugar cane production as Field Supervisor.
Carol is a holder of a Bachelor of Education Degree in Environmental Education from the University of Zambia (UNZA) and a Certificate in Information Systems and Programming from National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA).
Carol has worked in different industries and has extensive experience in environmental management, teaching and social-oriented development projects, and the use of participatory research methodologies of gathering both qualitative and quantitative data acquired from various social development projects.
Under her role as Warehouse Supervisor, Carol oversees all Warehouse operations and maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering stock in a timely and efficient manner.
She enjoys Do It Yourself (D.I.Y) projects, cooking and travelling.

and Investigations from the National Institute of Public Administration. He has several years of working
Experience working in major Zambian banks.
